This South facing 1st floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 14. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.
The property has a large patio area, balcony, living/dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, en-suite shower room, kitchen, large roof solarium. English channels and air conditioning throughout. Communal pool and garden.
The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, restaurants.

Through your gate you have the large two tiered patio area, great for sun bathing on the 4 sunloungers available.
Up the stairs you have the balcony with dining table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying that glass or two of sangria or wine.
Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, coffee table, wall unit, TV unit, dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a flat screen elevision with English channels (provided by communal satellite dish). There is a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's). Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost if required.
Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric oven and ceramic hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.
Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the washing machine and hot water heater. Stairs take you up to the roof solarium, ideal for sunbathing and great view of the pool and gardens.
The air conditioned main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer. The window looks out onto the communal garden and pool.
There is an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

Several English bars, including Doolan’s, The Bar Next Door, Macklin's Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. Post Room which offers internet access, hairdressers.
Via Park 5, 30 minute walk, with more bars and restaurants.
You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).
Also at the Punta Marina commercial complex (20 mins walk) you have a Wok Buffet, Piazza II, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant. There is also a supermarket, Consum, Shoe shops, pharmacy, cosmetic shop, Newsagent/greeting cards shop an electrical shop, English clothes shop, hairdressers, petrol station and McDonalds.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Zeniamar Commercial Centre is about 5 mins walk with Central Grill fish and chips, Blarneystone Irish pub, cafe and English hairdressers.
Located at La Zenia you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre (approx 20 mins walk/short drive), which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children’s ball park, Burger King, Foster’s Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Wok Centre and a Children’s play area. Driving distance from the property you have ….
4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.
Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.
There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.
Fast food establishments - McDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking at Playa Flamenca.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Oz nightclub (was Pacha) is situated near the water park.
Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.
There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.
There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

Arrival time is after 16.00hrs. If we have no-one departing the property on the day of your arrival you maybe able to have access from 12.00noon.

If you want to guarantee a later departure time we would suggest you book an additional night. You can then depart the property anytime up until 22.00hrs on the day of your departure.
