This ground floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 14. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

The property has a front garden, laid with stones, a sheltered porch for alfresco dining, living/dining room with leather sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.

The property is 20 minutes walk from the beach. 5-8 minutes walk to the supermarket, within 15 minutes walk of bars, shops and restaurants.

Through the gate you have the stoned patio area, great for sun bathing.

Through the front door you have the air conditioned living/dining room with 2 leather sofas (including a sofa bed), wooden coffee table, TV unit, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.

For entertainment you have a Television with a DVD player (please bring your own DVD's).

Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop which comprises a large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric oven and ceramic hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the washing machine and hot water heater.

The main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, fitted wardrobe with internal safe. Duvet for the winter. There is an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

The second bedroom with air conditioning has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, fitted wardrobe. Duvets for the winter.

The main bathroom has a toilet, bidet, bath with shower over, sink and mirror with lights.

Parking is available on the quiet road near the property or in the secure underground car park.

There is a large communal pool, to the rear of the property.

Additional items in the property: safe, iron, ironing board, parasol, outside table and 4 chairs, clothes airer.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and 1 hand and 1 bath towel per person are provided.

Beach/pool towels can be provided if required.

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers.

Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Welcome grocery packs are available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

    The Area

    Walking distance from the property you have ….

    Several supermarkets including; Mercadona, Carrefour, Consum, Eroski, Lidl, Aldi.

    There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20-25 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese, Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar, Angel's Bar, Welcome Inn, Lime Bar. Bar/restaurants Liberty's. A Quicksave English supermarket, Butterflies tea room, Rendezvous newspaper shop (also sells food) the Post Room which offers internet access.

    Via Park 5, 25 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Scampi's fish and chips, Stallions a la carte restaurant, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

    You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, (including Dinastia), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. There are also several bars, many offering entertainment.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre (booking is recommended for the Flamenca nights during the summer period - it is very popular).

    Also at the Punta Prima commercial complex you have a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Murphy's, Captain's Table fish and chip restaurant and Subway sandwich bar. There is also a supermarket, Eroski, an electrical shop, English clothes shop, a hire centre, petrol station and McDonalds.

    Overlooking the sea at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant, both Spanish.

    The Rocajuna bar, approx 25 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

    The sandy beach of Punta Prima is closest to the property and (approx 15 minutes walk) and has a beach bar during the summer months.

    Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

    Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment and their English breakfast is 3.50 Euros (April 09) great value for money.

    Driving distance from the property you have ….

    4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

    Torrevieja town and marina is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

    There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

    There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

    Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 8-10 minutes drive away.

    The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 8-10 minute drive away.

    Fast food establishments - MacDonalds (walking distance), Burgerking 2 minute (nr Lidl) drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

    There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

    Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

    Markets ….

    There is a market every day of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

    Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

    Transport ….

    There are 2 bus services an hour to Torrevieja, and a local bus service to the beaches and down to Cabo Roig.

    There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. Local Orihuela Costa taxi telephone number is (0034) 96 676 1088.

    A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

    An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

    We are able to provide you with an airport transfer with car at the property, at very reasonable rates.

    Additional Information

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers any day of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys and shown around. The local area will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    Groceries can be put in the property for your arrival, from €10

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Air conditioning (heat/cold) is an additional cost if required.

    Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

    There are no additional costs for cleaning the property at the end of your holiday, unlike many operators.
